AML/KYC Policy
AML Policy (Anti-Money Laundering Policy)
The AML Policy is aimed at preventing illegal transactions related to terrorist financing, money laundering, and any other unlawful activities. To achieve this, the N-Obmen Service monitors transactions for risks and analyzes the previous associations of the sender's address on the blockchain. To prevent illegal operations, the Service establishes the following requirements for all applications created by the User:
1. The sender and recipient of the Payment in the Request must be the same person. Transfers to third parties are prohibited.
2. The contact information and other personal data provided by the User must be up-to-date and accurate.
3. When transferring from a bank card, the User is required to undergo the mandatory bank card verification procedure as specified by the Service.
4. The Service reserves the right to refuse service to Users who are citizens of the following countries: Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Botswana, Burma (Myanmar), Burundi, Chad, Congo, Conakry, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Guyana, Iraq, Iran, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Morocco, Nepal, Nicaragua, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Uganda, Vanuatu, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
KYC Policy (Know Your Customer)
The N-Obmen Service implements a user verification procedure in accordance with KYC standards:
1. The Service has the right to conduct an AML check on the assets received from the User.
2. To return assets that have not passed the AML check, the User is required to complete full identity verification (KYC).
3. The Service reserves the right to collect identification information from Users to comply with the AML Policy.
4. The Service may request additional information from the User (e.g., bank statements, proof of residence, utility bills, etc.).
5. The review period for the data provided by the User is from 3 to 5 business days.
6. In the case of successful verification, the time frame for the return of funds is from 1 to 10 business days.
If the User's identification information changes or if their activity raises suspicions, the N-Obmen Service reserves the right to request updated information, even if it has already been verified in the past.
